Privacy policy
The short version: we collect your email address if you give it to us. Our host keeps routine server logs. That's it.

What we collect
If you email us at info@polarisapplabs.com, we receive your address and whatever you write — including attachments.
That's the complete list of what you can send us. There are no accounts on this site, no passwords, no payment — and no mailing list.
Collected automatically
Our web host records standard server logs for every visit — IP address, time, page requested, referring page, and browser. That's how web servers work. We don't read them for analytics, we don't build profiles from them, and we don't connect them to anything you send us. They're cleared on the host's normal log rotation.
How we use it
To reply to you, if you wrote to us. To keep the site running and to investigate abuse or technical faults.
We don't use your information for anything else. We don't use it to train models, we don't enrich it against other datasets, and we make no automated decisions about you.
What we don't do
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics. It loads nothing from third parties — the fonts are served from our own host, and there are no embedded videos, maps, comment widgets, social buttons, or advertising SDKs.
It doesn't respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals, because there's nothing to opt out of — no tracking happens in the first place.
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as California defines that term. We have never done either of these things and have no plans to.
Your data
Anything you send us stays in our inbox and we clear it out periodically. Email info@polarisapplabs.com if you'd like yours deleted sooner — we'll confirm.
If you're outside the US
We're a small company in the United States, and anything you send us is handled here. If you're in the EEA or the UK, our lawful basis for keeping and answering your message is legitimate interest — replying to the person who wrote to us. The deletion offer above applies to everyone, and you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 — or under 16 in the EEA. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we'll delete it.
Other sites
When we link to another site — an App Store page, say — that site's rules take over once you leave. This policy covers polarisapplabs.com only.

Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
