The site and its content are provided as-is, for information, without warranties of any kind. Don't misuse it — no scraping at volume, no probing for vulnerabilities, no interfering with the service.
Writing to us
If you email us, what happens to your message is covered by the privacy policy.
Our apps
Nothing on this site sells you software. When our apps ship, each one comes with its own terms through the App Store.
Intellectual property
The site's content, the Polaris Interactive name and the compass mark are ours. Don't reuse them without permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for damages arising from your use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Severability
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stand.
Changes
If these terms change, the effective date above changes with them.
